The deep water dock on Black Sound easily accommodates any size vessel (water is available at the dock by request and is turned on and off by Marg, our caretaker). The Main House comfortably sleeps 6 or 7 with 2 additional Guest Quarters to sleep up to 4 more!

Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.
