This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Lucy Barn

Lucy Barn is a recently converted barn in center of the village. It is a "quirky" building finished in a unique style that combines well appointed accommodation with an industrial style. It is extremely convenient for the restaurants cafes and pubs and the large windows overlook the village square - ideal for people watching. It is super insulated with more than adequate heating. There is also a log burner for that "cosy evening feel". Ideal for a walking or cycling stay or a place to chill.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of adventures to discover on the doorstep with the underfloor heating and log burner waiting to warm you up on your return; or if the temperature permits a patio area to sit outside and watch the sunset over the dale.
