Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

You can feel at home in our house due to its central location and yet quiet location. From the house you can go on countless hiking and cycling excursions. In only 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Höglwörth lake and the former Augustinian canons' monastery via a small hill. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the village square in Anger with shopping facilities and gastronomy. And enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.

The cosy holiday flat is located in the listed Burghotel, the former guest house of Hohenaschau Castle. Our flat is located on the 2nd floor on the south side of the house and has a very large balcony with a direct view of the Kampenwand, which invites you to go hiking in summer and skiing in winter (the valley station of the Kampenwand ski area is 350 m away) The flat is lovingly furnished and impresses with its special location in the heart of the Chiemgau.

Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...
