There is a well stocked shop and excellent pub within walking distance. There are endless footpaths, hills, trails and even bouldering on your doorstep. There is a small patio with table and chairs outside. Walks from the door include up White Moss Common, to Rydal Caves and down to Grasmere lake and Dove Cottage.

Small dogs are welcome we do ask that they don't go on any of the furniture.
