One bedroom apartment, situated in Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. Additional sleeping arrangements for more than 2 guests or guests wanting separate rooms: Summer house/cabin in the garden. This has a single or double bed. All amenities are in the house. A booking of 3+ guests is required to open the cabin to cover costs. Good access to to public transport, town centre and the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. Big garden getting the sun most of the day.

A two bed bungalow, sleeps 4, a welcome home away from home. Situated within the lovely town of Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

The Birdhouse Aviemore peaceful 1 bed with garden

A little over a mile from the busy main street of Aviemore, The Birdhouse is a cosy little home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with free off street parking and front and back garden. Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

Bring the family to this great place. The listing is set in a peaceful area in Aviemore; close to High Burnside. The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.

The Snug is a newly renovated living space to the rear of The Ski Lodge which was completed on 16th July 2020. It is suitable for set up as double or twin accommodation in a hotel grade bed/s for two people. The Snug has a wet room, its own entrance and outdoor seating area. Please note that there are no kitchen facilities within the rental space. There are, however, a range of takeaway food options, pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

A detached cottage situated on a corner plot of Lochan Mor development with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Secure garden to the rear. A local supermarket, takeaway's and bike hire are only a short walk from the cottage. The main street with many bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.

Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with kingsize bed, single room with a sofa bed and shower room. We cannot safely accommodate toddlers or very young children under 6yrs. One house trained dog welcomed @ £25 per stay.
