Beautifully renovated villa by the ocean located just north of downtown Encinitas in the beach community of Leucadia. Just a half block from the ocean making it a short walk to three local beaches - Grandview, Beacons, and South Carlsbad. Encinitas rated one of the Top 20 Best Surf Towns in the World by National Geographic. Enjoy a spacious, open living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and entertainment room.
