Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Comfie place is an open concept 1 bedroom unit with all amneties of home. Washer & dryer included. The queen size bed is extremely comfie with a nice duvet. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

A short walk down the hill takes you to your own private beach on the Mira River to swim in the day and enjoy a bon fire at night. The spacious deck has a large hot tub and chairs to enjoy the views. The property also has its own 1km hiking trail that circles the property.
