Aunt Regina House offers a unique holiday experience as it once was. The authentic house layout from 1882 with 50 cm thick walls, the original external stone stairs, the stone well on the old terrace in the first floor, the open fireplace in the kitchen where aunt Regina was cooking meal in a big pot. Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort in well equipped kitchen and air conditioned rooms.

PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

Kitchen is equipped with oven, cooking plate, fridge, microwave and dishwaser. On walking distance is a market, green market, bars and restaurants and all main city attractions. This brand new Villa with Sea wiew is located in a quiet location near the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and a roof terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and one room has a private bathroom. Our guests have free WiFi, barbecue, bicycles and parking. All content's are private. Our family wish you a pleasant stay.

Its close to all the necessities like the Post, Restaurants and the local grocery store. I used to live in an apartment so I made it comfortable to live in. I hope you feel right at home.
