Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Originally built hundred years ago, it`s the perfect choice for experience the traditional way of Krk`s life. The owner is a wood artist. He made all of the furniture by himself. This way he tried to visualize the old furniture in modern way.
