Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. A great place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the fresh air exploring the natural surroundings or stay indoors for a game of pool by the fireplace.Perfect for a short stopover whilst travelling or a longer getaway!

Totally unwind at The Coach House. Built in 1870,you’ll fall in love with it’s rustic charm. If only it’s beautiful stone walls could talk! Step through the old gates and you’ll feel miles from anywhere but you’ll be right in the heart of Australia’s first inland city known for its classic Victorian architecture, cathedrals and parks. So much to see and explore within 100 steps! Relax and dine under the shady vine covered pergola or snuggle in on a chilly day and enjoy a wine by the wood fire!

Set amongst 80 acres of Tallong's last remaining working fruit orchard is Homeley Homestead, a lovingly restored 3 bedroom cottage, with clawfoot bath overlooking the cherry trees, fireplace in the lounge room & a large country kitchen with a full pantry to cook your own breakfast in the morning! Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

The Carriage House at Welby Park Manor

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. Burralinga B&B

A short 5 minute drive from the heart of historical Goulburn. Burralinga guest cottage is set on 30 acres of rolling hill, with views over the country side. A fully self- contained cottage, featuring open-plan design, with every modern convenience and the warmth in winter of a pot belly stove. A separate dwelling from the main house, assures privacy and solitude. There is also plenty of space to accommodate cars and trailers.

Welcome to The Barn at Nguurruu. A place we have created to share our biodynamic farm, near Gundaroo on the Southern Tablelands of NSW. Nguurruu is a luxury two bedroom, self-contained barn in the middle of a working cattle farm. Where native grasslands stretch to the horizon, a river meanders its way gently between ancient hills and where a billion stars blaze at midnight. It's a place to unwind, relax and explore.
