It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Our cozy studio retreat is a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Santa Barbara area beaches, Spanish-style downtown, mountain hiking, and coastal foothills. We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.

Super clean duplex

One bedroom duplex with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You can sleep two in the queen bed and there is an additional fold out queen sofa bed in the living room. We are located 10 min to down town and 10 min to UCSB, close to bike path and grocery store. The rental is fully stocked, just need to bring your shorts and sandals.
