Dune Haven 1 built in 2023 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. It is perfect for large groups as it it spacious inside and out. There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. Garage is not accessible. Correct number of guests required for an accurate price.

HOPE - HEATED LARGE House at UPPER SILVER LAKE

HOPE - Heated Lake home on beautiful Upper Silver Lake with TONS of room. The house is directly across the street from the lake’s private access. There is a fire pit, picnic table. The side deck is good for grilling. The house has all the amenities you need including Air-Conditioning. A full size washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. The location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. Have NO PET POLICY.

We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. With golf courses, multiple farm markets, Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo and more attractions minutes away!

In addition to outstanding views of the lake, direct Lake Michigan is just off the cedar deck down the dune trail and some stone steps, an ideal location, close to Silver Lake and just under 20 min to quaint Pentwater! The pristine setting of the cottage is on a dead end, private street. No neighbors across the street - just beautiful woods!
