The Studio On The Square

Located on The Town Square is our compact studio dating back to 1838 enjoys a southerly aspect and direct access to a private terraced patio with BBQ and original stone steps lead to the garden which has great views of Clifden Harbour. On our doorstep there are many bars, restaurants and shops. This studio is a real home from home where one can cook in the kitchen and sit by our solid fuel stove. We have a cast iron bath and an overhead electric shower where one can soak after a days touring

A hidden getaway.... our self catering property sits in its own grounds and is in a fantastic location along the Wild Atlantic Way , just minutes from the beautiful Calla Beach. There is a very well equipped kitchen and the house is tastefully decorated throughout with all mod cons including a large smart tv and free WiFi. Whether for a short break or weeks stay you can enjoy all that this area has to offer as Calla Beach House makes a great base to tour and sample the beauty of Connemara.

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Cladach (Shore) offers stunning panoramic views of Cuan Chasla in the heart of the Connemara Gaeltacht. It is a newly constructed one bedroom apartment with spectacular views. Surrounded by country roads, hidden inlets and stunning beaches such as Trá an Dóilín (Coral Strand) on the Wild Atlantic Way. Cladach is a self contained apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and balcony. It is attached to the owner's residence so we are there if you need us.

Our cosy cottage is a perfect base to explore Connemara. Enjoy our wood burning stove, underfloor heating, wet-room, pine furniture and leather two seater, 4 ring hob & oven, fridge, washing machine & microwave, a library, TV/DVD & garden sunroom with decking area. It is a perfect retreat for Couples and Solo Travellers especially, and a complimentary home cooked meal will be included at no extra cost for all those single guests travelling alone, if they wish.

Oystercatcher Cottage is situated in a stunning seaside location enjoying panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. It is an old cottage which has been renovated over the years while still maintaining it's rustic charm. It's located close to many beautiful beaches, in one of the most scenic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way in Connemara. The views from the cottage are simply breathtaking.

It is situated in a remote valley on the pilgrim trail Mamean in very scenic area between Leenane and Cornamona in the heart of Joyce country and adjoins the owner's house. Maam 4 km for nearest shop and pub. Oughterard 24 km and Maam Cross 8 km for restaurants.

Folan’s Cottage is a beautiful architecturally designed holiday home that was rebuilt in 2010 from two ruined stone cottages. It is only a few meters from a wonderful quiet sandy beach, with views of the Twelve Bens and across the ocean to the Arann Islands. The setting is magical and remote with just rabbits, sheep and Connemara ponies as your neighbours.
