Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. The downstairs family bathroom includes a shower/bath combination whilst the upstairs shower room provides facilities close to the sleeping quarters, made up of a sizeable master bedroom and a large twin room.

The Mill Cottage, Cairngorms National Park

The Mill is set on the side of a spectacular, secluded glen in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. In the 19th century it operated as a Watermill and has been lovingly converted into a 3 bedroomed holiday cottage. It is warm and comfortable and enjoys stunning views up the Corries glen to the summit of Carn Daimh. Please note. Should you be unable to travel due to a government imposed lockdown due to Covid 19, we will be happy to move the dates of your holiday or offer a full refund.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.
