We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring one queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

A short 12 minutes to the scenic village of Urunga, 20 mins to everything Coffs Harbour has to offer, 5 mins to the gorgeous seaside village of North Beach and just 45 mins to Dorrigo's spectacular waterfalls and rain forest walks.
