Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

This recently remodeled 1-bedroom ground-level condo is located in the adorable Taft District of Lincoln City. Enjoy ocean views from the large windows, outdoors on the deck, or walk down to the beach in 3 minutes. Walk to great restaurants, brewpubs, food trucks, beaches, tide pools, the bay, shopping, glass blowing, and spa! Just a short drive away to coastal favorites and attractions including the Lincoln City Casino and Outlets (10min), Depoe Bay (15min), and Newport (30min).

'Buoy Wonder' is what we call this premium suite oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a California king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

Enjoy unimpeded views of sand, waves, whales, ships, storms, and Yaquina Head Lighthouse to the North in the distance. Our condo is in a really sweet spot. Located in the heart of trendy Nye Beach. You are steps away from great restaurants, shops, art galleries, many activities/sights…. and of course…. THE BEACH!!! (Our condo is next door to the public beach access at “Nye Beach Turnaround”. closer than any other building in the area).

The Historic Nye Beach District boasts plenty of restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. As an added bonus, just open the door and you are 116 steps away from the sand and the water! Fall and winter present the perfect time to curl up with a hot drink and enjoy the breath taking view of the ocean.

Enjoy our family friendly bay front condo, perfect for an Oregon coast getaway! We designed this space to feel relaxing, bright, and welcoming. Our hope is that it becomes a place where families, couples, and friends can escape and make their own memories. One king bed in master, a queen under twin XL bunk bed in guest room, and a blow up queen bed available if needed. Bottom floor (right on the bay!) unit.
