Enjoy this quaint and homey ranch in a peaceful rural setting. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. Although the floors are not level and nature keeps trying to reclaim the landscaping, we work hard to make it super clean and comfy. All the necessities are provided for a great stay. Circular drive will park several boat trailers. Our 5 star reviews are not because we try to compete with a 5 star hotel but because we give you exactly what we promise, a clean, comfortable "home away from home."

Walking trail nearby. 2 upstairs bedrooms sleep 3. Circular stairs lead downstairs to an open concept living room with electric fireplace, dining room, bath, and kitchenette with washer dryer. Unwind on our sunset deck facing the water or on your private master bedroom balcony. A simple getaway on the water.

The home is walking distance to the Meadowbrook Lake fishing dock, basketball courts, and playground.

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage just steps away from the lake. Enjoy the easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Boat dock is about 100 feet from house and is available upon request. We had storm damage and lost part of our fence. Missing panels are on order and will be replaced soon. Great water views. The home has 3 bedrooms which sleeps 6 (plus a pull-out sofa in the living room $50/per extra guest over 6, with a limit of 8 total guests).
