GOTL Lakeside Lodge

Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. SeaSide Lake-Front Cottage

Rebuilt in 2023 from what was a two-story boathouse, Tree-Top Cottage features an Open Floor Plan, with breathtaking elevated views of Lake Erie through 3 large sliding glass doors or a private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a breakfast table. Inside are two full bathrooms, one with a SPA jet shower panel, overhead heat, and LED mirrors. A Queen-Size Nectar brand bed provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch seats you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.

The Cliffside Cottage - Lake front, private beach

Take it easy at this cozy and quiet cottage. Enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Erie from the front yard or on the enclosed porch. Guests of the Cliffside Cottage have access to the community-only beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, a bucket of children’s sand toys, corn hole, croquet and front yard Adirondack chairs are also available. Perfectly located in close proximity to the Ashtabula Harbor District, SPIRE Institute, Geneva on the Lake, covered bridges and the Grand River Valley Wine region.

Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules.

Settle into the beach life in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment while exploring the nearby wineries or Geneva on the lake. Once you get here, you might just stay here instead. The view from the balcony is everyone's favorite part. Pictures don't do it justice. 10-minute drive to GOTL 20-minute drive to Wineries There is a bar next door open on weekends with live music to enjoy and be aware of. They don't stay open super late.

Open, 1700 sq. ft. second floor apartment, private entrance. 2 decks facing the lake from back of the home. Apartment does not have lake view but 2 decks are yours to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. Unit is totally independent of home---separate entrance, AC/Heater, water tank.
