Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.
