Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). Just over the road is the bike/ walking path taking you along the Barwon River. The house is only a short ride to Hitchcock Ave -the main shopping strip. Easily walkable too.
