WorldMark Seaside is perfectly nestled in Seaside, a quaint little city by the Pacific Ocean, and is home to one of the most breathtaking waterfront locations in Oregon. This spacious three-bedroom resort suite includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, a queen Murphy bed in the living room, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony and fireplace. The resort features an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center and direct beach access.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.

This is one of my timeshare units at Seaside's best resort: The Resort Worldmark Seaside located right on the beach. Boardwalk is wonderful for walking, skating, biking; fun restaurants and shops close by; we love the pools and perfect beach access, and swings!
