The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Charmant & gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit hohen Decken, Sichtbalken, sonnigem West-Balkon, Kamin und offenen Wohn-/Essbereich- Familien geeignet. Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Haus am See mit Sauna

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Ferien Wohnung MEGA nah bei Neu Schwanstein

Die Ferienwohnung MEGA liegt fußläufig am Weissensee\Roßmoos in einem ruhigem Ortsteil von Füssen mit Sicht auf die Allgäuer Berge. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ca 99 qm groß. Der Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und Kaminofen lädt zum verweilen ein. Essbereich mit Einbauküche. 2 Schlafzimmer eins mit Boxspringbett das andere Doppelbett 140 cm , Kinderbett kann bei Bedarf zugestellt Eigener Garten von jedem Zimmer zugänglich. 1 Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.
