Your family will enjoy our 1350 sqft home located in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced backyard. The house is a short drive from the Kenai River and right around the corner from a few restaurants, a local bar, and a grocery store. There is also plenty of parking for a travel trailer or boat. This little cabin has been a dream come true for my family. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!
