Aguas Verdes is located centrally on the island, which makes towns and beaches easily accessible.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Glasschlitze zwischen den Wänden und der Decke lassen den ganzen Tag indirektes Licht ins Haus. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick. Alle Räume umschließen die Terrasse mit Kamin von der man einen fantastischen Meerblick hat.
