Cosy fisherman's cottage & garden

Our lovely cottage & courtyard garden is on a quiet street in old Harwich, just one road back from the pier. Excellent pubs & beach staggeringly close, 5 minute walk to train station, 2 stops to international ferry to Holland, London 1hr20m. The cottage has three bedrooms over two floors (with very steep stairs) and is suitable for children & well behaved, house trained pets. I have completed the Control of Cross Infection in a Post Covid 19 World Qualification, which guides our cleaning regime.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. We are 20 minutes to Mersea island, 5 minutes to Colchester zoo and 10 minutes from the magnificent Layer Marney Tower.
