Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

This unit is truly an experience, with its 9 and 10 foot tall ceilings, soaker tub with antique fixtures, and beautiful original trim and mouldings, you will get the old Victorian charm with all the modern day amenities. We live above and are available if needed but like to give guests complete privacy.

Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a 50” Smart TV, a separate desk for working and a fireplace for ambiance (not functioning).

Cozy Cabin Home-Peaceful Farm Retreat & Private

Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests. It sits on our 6-acre property beside our home, and we’ve put a lot of care and love into renovating it. We really hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life!
