One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby
A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Dairy
The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

Oakdene Annex
This newly-renovated stylish self-contained annex is next to a medieval house in a lovely countryside setting. Convenient access to the major motorways (close to the M1, M6 and A14) and Rugby train station, and near Coombe Abbey, The Cotswolds, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Stratford. Access to outside patio area, next to an orchard. We welcome long term corporate bookings and business guests at Oakdene annex. We can also accommodate Monday-Friday business guests, minimum 2 night stays.

Stareton Cottage near Stoneleigh
Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

The Baginton Bear Suite
Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

We offer a bright, self-contained ground floor flat with off road parking. Rural setting but close to Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry. 40 mins from NEC and Birmingham airport. There is dedicated wifi and a TV available for your use offering freeview channels. We are not set up for pets or children. We do not allow smoking on the premises and you need your own transport to stay here. Early check in or late check out for a fee with prior arrangement only.
