Enjoy a non-toxic home with a fully equipped kitchen, game room, cozy living spaces, fire pit, and room to spread out. While the lake is currently low and our dock is dry, there's still plenty to explore nearby—from downtown Lavonia and local eateries to hiking, waterfalls, parks, and scenic North Georgia. Come slow down, relax, and enjoy the privacy of our peaceful setting year-round.

Unwind at a peaceful cottage in a deep water cove on Lake Hartwell. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom and a full sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 adults. A twin swing bed in the screened porch is perfect for afternoon napping! Enjoy coffee and watch the sun come up with one of the prettiest views on the lake. Bring your boat to play on the water or simply relax on the dock. Bringing your pup? Be sure to add a pet to your # of Guests at the reservation request. $50 pet fee (2 dogs max)
