The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Situé dans un très bel immeuble en pierre, datant du XVIIIe siècle, cet appartement a été entièrement refait à neuf dans un esprit loft. Vous en apprécierez le calme et le confort ainsi que son emplacement en plein centre de Bordeaux. Appartement au 3e étage, sans ascenseur. L'appartement se compose d'un vaste et agréable salon de 32 m2, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains en duplex. Il est possible de faire dormir 2 enfants sur les 2 canapés du salon équipés chacun d'un matelas confortable de 80/200cm. Dans la grande et agréable cuisine baignée de lumière vous trouverez tout le confort : lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, four à micro ondes, plaques à induction, grille pain et machine à café Nespresso. 4 parkings publics sont à proximités entre 3 à 5 minutes à pied. Attention l'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Je me tiendrai à la disposition des voyageurs avant et tout au long de leur séjour afin d'apporter les renseignements nécessaires sur la ville, ses activités ... L'adresse prestigieuse de cet appartement vous permettra de profiter à pied de toute la ville de Bordeaux : la place Gambetta, les Grand Hommes et le Grand Théâtre mais aussi, bien entendu, les musées, les boutiques et les restaurants. Vous bénéficiez de tous les transports en commun (bus et tram) à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, ainsi que des navettes pour l'aéroport, taxis et parkings publics. Vous serez à 10 minutes en tram de la gare Saint Jean. Nous remercions nos voyageurs de bien vouloir respecter la quiétude du lieu, notre appartement ne convient pas pour faire la fête.
