Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walkable to everything you need. CSU's campus is only 2 blocks away and you can walk to Old Town Fort Collins in ten short minutes. Convenient and complete with cozy neighborhood charm. You have choices galore with 10+ restaurants in a 4 block radius from the place. Your morning coffee cravings can be satisfied at Starbucks or my personal favorite, Little Bird Bakeshop.

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
