Private Studio-Loft w/ Indoor Garage Parking

The SkyLoft is a 2nd floor studio (with stairs) accessed via the gravel lane behind our house with in-door garage parking. Featuring a queen bed, rain shower w/ a Rinnai tank-less water heater, Berkey water filter system, and private patio seating. The enclosed parking is shared with Brian and Jen, we live in the main house with our two pups, Luna & Simon. We respect your privacy and you'l only see us on an occasional passing. We're happy to answer questions to help with your visit in Savannah.

The Jones Carriage House

THIS CARRIAGE HOUSE IS DIRECTLY ON THE ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE ROUTE! UPDATE: the courtyard has been changed! See photos! Built in 1856, the Jones is in the heart of the historic district. Forsyth Park, restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. It's a 2 story stand-alone house with a private courtyard. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second floor. The stairs are original and a little steep! It was renovated in 2016 but maintains its historic charm.

While there is both a queen size bed and pull-out couch, the space is ideal for solo adventurers and couples.
