There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

This is our Holiday Home and we just love the vaulted ceiling in the living area , it has a panoramic view of the Lake and you will find yourself just staring at the Lake Sunsets and Star filled Night Sky. It is a well appointed space with lots of unique artwork and a running theme of Bears and the Lake Life. You can see the lake from each Bedroom and it is very peaceful at the Bitterbrush Complex. In the Summer you are close to amazing Beaches , and in Winter the Ski Slopes are right there.

Enjoy the snow on the summit! An assortment of fun winter sports at your doorstep—downhill, cross-country and backcountry skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding and more! Come enjoy everything the mountains have to offer during the winter. Expect tons of charm in this rustic, "old Kingvale" cabin. Accommodates 4-6 comfortably. The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
