We created modern space(100sqm) located in a central zone(15 minutes walk from the center) Built with a clean, modern European design and high-end finishes, with 1 Living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms suitable for four people. The whole floor has AC, the bathroom comes with shower gel, shampoo and hairconditioner. We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental.

The apartment is located inside a quiet courtyard, very close to the City Center. It was designed in an industrial-scandinavian style, with the sleeping place being located on the mezzanine-floor, which you can access by climbing on a ladder. As a sleeping amenity you'll have a comfortable mattress. The apartment also has a kitchenette with espresso machine and a microwave to prepare and heat your food :) Nearby you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses.
