ROMANTIC FARM STYLE DUPLEX - SIDE B This is a comfy remodel. You're in the middle of town - close to NAU & downtown. A new deck & fenced-in backyard is perfect for your morning coffee. The house is artfully designed with soothing colors. There’s a big table & perfectly equipped kitchen. At night you can stretch out on the comfy king bed with 3”topper. Sometimes there is city noise such as cars, people or hybrid bus. (On Corner) Other times it is peaceful & you can hear a pin drop.

Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

Located near the Schultz Creek trailhead, this is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, and folks that just want to enjoy some of Flagstaff's best trails. It's a short drive to the Snowbowl, and yet downtown is only 3 miles away – by bus, car, or bike path. Cozy, quiet, upscale guest cottage with golden light pouring in. To top it off, Grand Canyon is just 70 miles up the road!. If you want to be close to town and yet steps from the national forest, don’t miss this gem. Owners' house is on-site.
