Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Fern Cottage

Welcome to this warm, brand new self contained cottage, placed in the front yard of our home for your pleasure. We are located in an old established part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Te Anau and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the edge of the lake. Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.

The Bivy - Manapouri Lakefont

Welcome to Lake Manapouri, the hidden gem of the South. Our modern 'suite style' bach is nestled in the heart of the best that Manapouri has to offer, with bush walks to gorgeous lake beaches a step out the door. Couples, and groups of two will love this location on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, while still only a few doors down from a bar/ restaurant, cafe / dairy and the starting point for Doubtful Sound cruises.

Dusky Peaks Unit 2 (2 Bedroom)

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee unless the unit is left in a messy condition.

Villa on the Lake

Spectacular lake and mountain views, right on Te Anau's Lakefront. 8-minute walk to the town our villa provides a convenient, clean and calm haven to explore our beautiful Fiordland area. Private home for you to enjoy with plenty of off-street parking. Note that downstairs is not occupied and only for storage and cleaning supplies. Modern heat pump, tasteful decor, it feels like a home away from home.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.

Bask in the sun or stay cosy by the fire, as you watch the everchanging landscape of Lake Manapouri and the spectacular Cathedral Mountains of Fiordland from the comfort of the living room. Or get out and explore it for your yourself with the lake front a stones throw from the doorstep. Walking distance to local Café and restaurant, as well as the Doubtful Sound Ferry Terminal

Small house, BIG view

Beautiful lake view of Manapouri from this comfortable and funky little house. Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.
