There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away.

The tide is in two thirds of the time, ideal for birdwatchers, paddle boarders etc. The Old Tram road below forms part of the minerals track (with cycle hire) to the north coast. Falmouth with its maritime museum, sandy beaches, scenic river and marine watching trips is nearby. Loe beach watersports centre a short drive. Swimming/SUP from the quay 100m away.
