Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Købmand, restaurant, mini golf, legeplads, fiskesø samt rig mulighed for gå/løbe og cykelture ture. Huset har varmepumpe,brændeovn, opvaskemaskine, kabel-tv, wi-fi og trampolin i haven. Huset er rent og pænt. Forbrug af El og vand afregnes efter endt ophold. Rengøring kan man gøre selv og efterlade huset som modtaget eller tilkøbe til 750kr.

Downstairs is the kitchen and living room, behind the house is a private courtyard and in front the possibility to sit outside. Upper floor has a bathroom, bunk room and bedroom with double bed. Access to shared laundry. Mini golf, tennis and golf close by. 100% pet-free as the owner has allergies.

Nostalgisk ny feriebolig til 6 personer i den gamle staldbygning. Hele boligen er i stueetage og opført i gammel badehotelstil anno 1930. Vi bor selv i stuehuset på ejendommen, for enden af en stille grusvej, med dejlig ro og landlige omgivelser. Vi er en familie med 2 børn. Vi har heste, dværggeder, katte, hunde. Vi ønsker at vores gæster skal opleve en afslappet atmosfære af landidyl, nostalgi og komfort. Ferieboligen har egen lille have og en hyggelig træterrasse med en have-pavillon.
