Even though you will be in the city centre, it is very quiet and calm; a great place to relax and watch the spectacular view of this ancient city, birds, sunrise and sunset form the East and West facing balconies. There are a total of 3 levels; 1st level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2nd level has a living and kitchen area with 2 balconies and the 3rd level has a large private terrace.

You will have a very pleasant time in this cute terrace studio flat, which is in the most central point of Istanbul, in a quiet wonderful location and carefully prepared with its newly completed restoration. Our room's entrance in 4nd floor, don't elevator and a small spacious area. Our room has 1 double bed, 1 single sofa bed, 1 kitchen (there is not sink in kitchen), 1 bath and a table, wifi, smart TV, air conditioning and terrace balcony with amazing view.

Balat is a historic and charming tourist destination located in the city. A bus stop is conveniently situated right in front of the house, and it’s just a 15-minute to reach the heart of the city, including popular areas like Taksim, Eminönü, and Karaköy. The accommodation is small but cozy, making it ideal for 1-2 people for a short stay. P.S: The terrace in the cover photo is a common area, there is no direct access from the apartment.

In the region where it’s located, this beautiful building is one of the most unique and attractive example of the Greek Architecture built in 1910. Our building and interior design bring Turkish motifs and modernism together. Our place is surrounded by cafes, various local shops, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

Occupying a unique location, the house is 10 meters from the Galata Tower and a 5-minute walk from the Metro Tram and bus stops. The apartment has a well-appointed bedroom and bathroom, all equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. The large roof terrace is shared with another unit. Please note that there is no elevator in the building as this is a protected historic property.
