Se ami mangiare e cucinare vieni e unisciti a me nel Laboratorio di SudKitchen.
In un atmosfera professionale ma informale ti guiderò personalmente alla scoperta dei segreti del piatto di pasta perfetta.
Ti insegnerò come fare molti tipi di pasta fatta in casa in un vero laboratorio di cucina. Faremo impasti di pasta all'uovo, di semola e acqua e impasti colorati con verdure. Imparerete le tecniche di taglio e realizzeremo le salse per poter accompagnare le nostre paste. Alla fine dell'esperienza cucineremo tutta la pasta e le salse fatte durante la lezione, le mangeremo accompagnandole con ottimo vino e una selezione di salumi e formaggi tipici, artigianali e biologi.

It was a great experience in Apulia. I was looking for a cooking class and found this one in Lecce. Natale was a great & kind teacher, with a lot of knowledge on pasta, and patience to teach me in Italian so I can practice the language

After being under the sun for 5 straight days, my Fiancé and I were trying to find indoor activity that could save us from the heat of Puglian summer and thats how we found Natale’s pasta making class! The class is simply A MUST GO! Having had almost no food all morning, we came a bit hungry and Natale happily fed us with some pasta from his deli - they were amazing. From this first bite, until 3 hours and 10+ type of pasta later, we were continuously blown away by the amount of knowledge he shared us and the delicious food he helped us make. What I really like about the class is that he uses fresh ingredients and makes the whole process super simple and interactive! I highly recommend Natale to anyone visiting Lecce!

Excellent pasta making class. Although I had a little knowledge of the subject I learned so much! Would highly recommend for all skill levels. One of the best classes I have ever taken.

Take this class!! We learned how to make so many different varieties of pasta from 2 basic doughs. We also learned how to make basic but delicious sauce. Everything we learned will be useable when we get home. Natale was patient, knowledgeable, and very meticulous. The space was comfortable and conducive to the lesson. so glad we signed up for this experience

My partner and myself were in Lecce for a few days and decided to book a course to learn to prepare pasta with Natale. Natale showed us to prepare pasta with both semolina as well the "traditional" flour with eggs. He showed us all the steps in all detail when it comes to preparing the dough, preparing thin layers and then also how to manually prepare farfalle, orecchiette, tagliatelle and many many many more. Natale was very calm while explaining the different steps, giving hints here and there on how to prepare the different types of pasta, what to take into account, etc... We could always ask him question and in his very friendly manner he guided us through the different steps. He also took the time to explain how to prepare pasta with fillings for tortellini, ravioli, etc... and how to prepare these. While preparing the different types of pasta (and the soffritto which Natale showed us how to do), we ate as we were cooking. It tasted delicious! To round things up after the extensive cooking Natale brought out his trademark dessert, which was pana cotta with honey and walnuts. It tasted amazing and Natale does not joke around when it comes to food. Everything you will try will taste amazing and he will explain you all the steps. If you stop by in Lecce, be sure to visit him, you won't regret it. Natale speaks Italian, English and Spanish, so he will be able to teach you in many different languages :) Grazie Natale  Tim

Having tasted much wonderful pasta during our eight weeks in Italy, we thought we'd learn to make some. This was an excellent introduction. Natale carefully walked us through the steps for making the dough and then challenged us to make the different shapes. Although we still need a lit of practice, we plan to use our new knowledge when we get home.
