Què farem?

Prepare to enjoy an outdoor hike with a tailored trail workout and awesome views!

Before starting we will meet at the trailhead,
I'll give a brief overview and get to know everyone,
Then the workout will begin!


— First, we will raise our heart rates while also staying in control of our breath as we follow the hiking trail. (The point of this workout is to increase your energy and fitness standards, not to break you down for days.)
— Reaching the top of the trail, we will start the next part of the workout.
— Followed by, Break time! Take the time to enjoy the view, snap some pictures or videos and boost your energy with a snack if needed.
— Back to our workout, we will run/hike back down the trail.
— Finally, we will finish off the workout with a stretch session back at the trailhead.

A couple of notes:
— Please contact me before so I know a little about you and can build a fun workout that fits your specific needs.
— ETA to the top of the trail generally takes 20-45 min depending on fitness levels. All levels are welcome; I want this to be enjoyable for anyone looking for a good workout!
— Photos and videos can be taken to document some of your experience so that you may share with your friends and family.

Hello,

My name is Matt, I’ve been living in Upstate NY for over half my life now. I’m a huge outdoor enthusiast and love working on the mind, energy, body, and standards. Throughout my years of travel and fitness, I’ve gained experience in exploring nature and working out outdoors.

I want to use my experience to increase the outdoor knowledge others of outdoor and improve their fitness levels. My company, MEBS, focuses on an individual’s minds, energy, body, and standards. Realizing each aspect of this, I believe, helps us be more in touch with ourselves while helping us reach our goals.

We will be going to a local trail with great views.
Workouts are designed to challenge you just enough past your comfort zone.
Prepare to see the great outdoors, learn about focused breathing, clearing the mind and living a nice fit life :)
I will also provide picture and video taking during your workout if you’d like to show your family and friends.

I was fortunate to have found this experience in the arbnb site. Matt is very knowledgeable about healthy living, the mind/body connection and and expert at trail and mountain hiking. He truly is a outdoor enthusiast. I felt stronger and healthier as I was breathing the wonderful fresh air outside, as we finished our hike string to the top overlooking beautiful Lake George. I highly recommend this experience with Matt.

Què cal portar?

Good attitude and mind for the outdoor workout

Drinks or snacks (normally we try to go without snacks) But drinks are good to bring and i can carry in my pack if needed.
