Què farem?

Our experience is a 1 hour private or semi-private yoga class on a beautiful a Central Park lawn.
The class will be hosted @ Sheep's Meadow, a public lawn found in the SW corner of the park.
Please meet me 5 minutes before class time outside of Le Pain Quotidien (INSIDE THE PARK @ the top of Sheeps Meadow)
I will have your mats and be waiting for you with a smile.
We will set up for class and begin :)

Hi There! I am a 200 HR Certified Yoga Teacher who teachers primarily hatha vinyasa flow :)
I absolutely love sharing yoga with all people, ages, &skill levels. I firmly believe yoga is for everyone.
My focuses while teaching are breathwork, connecting with the body & spirit, and self-love!
In my classes I will give you the opportunity to slow down, re-connect to your body, & provide a space to quiet your mind. My teaching style could be described as friendly, unassuming, and gentle. I can give you a bit of a workout if you prefer that too!
I am also certified in the ancient science of Ayurveda (100 HR), and incorporate lots of mind-body-health into my classes. In Ayurveda, the goal is to work with our inner world (mind & emotions) & our outer world (environment) to find balance and peace that allow us show up as out best selves.

Doing yoga with Leslie made my day! I was all jet-lagged before doing it and I felt completely ok after! Central Park is obviously a great location, we had a sort of private space just beside the Sheep Medow, under a tree, I really felt like I was part of the city. Leslie is super nice and smiley, she has a very professional and comfortable approach, we didn't feel like tourists and the activity helped us to enjoy the city like locals. Also she gave us great advices about bars and things to do! Highly recommended.

My family and I booked this experience as something different to do whilst visiting New York. Lesley made us feel very welcome and she certainly alleviated our post flight aches! We really enjoyed the yoga, the scenery and the experience. Lesley tailored the session to our varying experience levels so that we all benefitted from the class.

This was an AMAZING experience and a great way to stretch from a busy day before! Leslie was excellent and offered options and corrections. It was a perfect location to enjoy yoga, Central Park, and feel like a New Yorker.

Leslie was wonderful! We had a lovely time in Central Park and she kept the yoga tailored towards my skill level which was appreciated. She was very friendly and her instructions were easy to follow. Thanks so much for a great experience!

It was a super nice Yoga class. I had Leslie all to myself and she was super professional and caring. The weather was gorgeous and it was simply a great experience to do Yoga in Central Park.
