Yoga , Mindfulness and Body Awareness classes for private students or small scale groups on Malta island, both outdoor or at your own place.

Featuring Kundalini and Traditional Tantra Yoga Sequences, Yoga Nidra, Breath and Body awareness and Breathing Practices ( Pranayama), these classes focus on body alignement , breath awareness and Chakras balancing with a deep therapeutic approach.

Suitable for beginners and intermediate students, they are always tailored according to each person's needs and current health state.

Calming, restorative and truly healing, they are designed to help you inhabit your body fully, sleep better, befriend your breath and have a sharp, grounded mind at work and in daily life while improving your overall quality of life.

I am a certified Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher with a long experience worldwide as a professional in the field of Yoga Therapies. After training in India at Shri Kali Ashram in 2012, l spent five years teaching in Barcelona, where l worked both as a personal Coach and as a Yoga, Breathing practices & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher for the City Council, for a Fashion Company and for private clients.
In March 2017 l decided it was time to embrace a new professional challenge and l started traveling the world as a Retreat Resident Teacher for international Yoga centers and taught daily classes in India, Morocco and Croatia before setting up my own Retreats in Greece, Spain, Italy and Malta.
