Què farem?

With a compact city centre, Oslo is perfect for biking! You can cover a great distance and at the same time, enjoy all there is to see. So that’s what we plan to do.

Starting from the city centre, we head for the roots of Oslo, East Oslo. The Old Town of Oslo, Game Oslo, is mainly composed of hundreds of year old ruins. A fire swept through what was the city in the 1600s and gave us the city we have today (a few kilometres away). From ruins to riverside, we ride through the neighbourhoods Kampen and Tøyen before reaching the water and extending the tour through the hip neighbourhood of Grüneløkka where we find cool cafés, slick street art, and thriving nightlife. You'll want to come back here!

Riding from one suburb to the next, it’s time for a royal treat - The Royal Palace. From the hilltop where the Palace is located, we get a great view of the city centre. Back to the centre, we’ll take to the water again, this time along the Oslo Fjord and to the harbour, with a view of Akershus Fortress and the Oslo City Hall. There's so much to see!

Before you know it, time's up and can say you’ve seen Oslo's Urban Treasures from the comfort of your bike. Well done!

I'm the founder of OURWAY Tours, specialising guided tours within Scandinavia. I started in Stockholm, 2011, as a qualified guide with the question: What do people enjoy when they travel? The answer we found, is to: "Meet the people, try the food, live the stories" and so that's what we do. In 2016 we felt enough guests had asked us if we
did tours anywhere else to make the decision to expand to Oslo & Copenhagen.

Our team of handpicked locals want nothing more than to share their love for the city with you.

In short, we give you "people, places, and culture—the local way".

On aniràs?

This is a bike tour of East Oslo which has grown into one of the most vibrantly popular neighbourhoods in Oslo. We will make multiple stops throughout the different districts and mix the general stops with visits to sites that are often difficult to find or overlooked by visitors. In general, not enough people explore this area.

Took the trip to get to know the city a bit more. After the tour I now have a new favourite bar, lunch place, I know where everything is, I learned some shortcuts and local tips and I burned off 500 calories while doing it. Wonderful value for the money I spent!! I would definitely recommend!!
