Join me for an urban getaway! Meet at Cheeseman Park in Uptown Denver for a 60 minute, custom yoga class designed to suit your needs. We will begin with a brief intro to yoga, and then it's time to breathe! All skill levels welcome and encouraged.

-Covid Update- All yoga mats will be sanitized before and after class, no person to person contact. Thanks.

*NOTE* Class size minimum of (2) persons.

If you would like a 1 on 1 class or semi- private group class, please contact me for details.
Other things to note
If you are concerned with your ability/ inability to finish this class, I want you to feel welcome regardless. Yoga is for everyone. Sunscreen is recommended as well as sunglasses.

Hello! I am Yoga Matt. I have been practicing yoga since 2014. Through this practice, I have found immense healing and serenity. Sharing yoga became a reality when I went on retreat in Boca Raton, FL in 2016 to participate in Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, teaching yoga has become my main motivation, and I look forward to sharing it with YOU!

An awesome experience! It was my first time giving yoga a try and I loved it. Matt was very warm, welcoming and supportive throughout. It's a great location too so I'd definitely recommend it during your Denver stay!

Beautiful experience, this was my first time performing yoga and Matt provided not only a yoga mat for me to use, but also vital and interesting background on yoga and the importance of breathing! Highly recommend to those new, and returning in the yoga practice!! :)

I highly recommend the yoga class with Matt. He is very friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. He was excellent at gauging my yoga experience level and adjusting the class to my pace. He was one of the best yoga teachers I've had when it comes to explaining how to do the exercises.

Matt was awesome!! This was my boyfriend and I 1st yoga class and it was super relaxing! Such a great guy and he made everything very doable for us beginners!! I never felt so relaxed and so zen in my life. Such an awesome time!!
