Together we will:
* Learn the story of the challah bread
*Prepare challah dough, and braid our very own challahs
* Decorate our challah bread with different types of toppings!
*Prepare amazing Mediterranean and Spanish tapas that will go along with the challah bread!
* Prepare the Israeli "Paella" - the queen of all Mediterranean brunches: the Shakshuka, Eggs poached in a perfectly spiced and boiling stew of tomatoes and green peppers.
* Enjoy bottomless refreshing cold rose wine :)

Romi was in demonstrating and doing the cooking class on behalf of Doron and she was amazing. Very friendly and got us all included. We made amazing challah and lovely Spanish tapas. Doron was very quick to reply to any questions we has as well.

Great information and sharing of personal life experiences and the connection with the food. Good food and it was wonderful to visit with everyone, we had a good time. It was nice to be able to take away recipes so that I get to share with my family.

This was a wonderful experiences. Learned a lot about Challah and various Tapas. Doron was great and it was time and money well spent! Would recommend to others for sure!

If you are on the fence, take a leap and book this experience. This is a must when in Barcelona. Personal, incredible food and amazing hosts. Would recommend again to all.
