Què farem?
Participants will be provided with a freshly baked cake & all equipment needed to create a beautifully decorated cake. A theme will be agreed between Fay & the participants. Starting from the basics of designing a cake, colour management, covering a cake with fondant, modelling characters & how to put together a great cake composition. Everyone will be amazed at what can be achieved in such a short space of time!

I decided 5 years ago to combine my passions, art & cake making to start my business Boutique Bakery. I make highly decorative cakes, cupcakes & cookies to order. My little cake shop is based in Aberystwyth Market Hall. I enjoy facilitating the cake decorating workshops as I'm always amazed at how much people can achieve! I also love meeting people.

Fay is wonderful! She was really easy going and chilled. She really knew what she was doing and made it really easy to understand what we had to do. She had various themes for us to choose from (we chose vintage flowers) and it was up to us what colours we used and it was really personalised. It was amazing. Made a really good belated birthday present for my friend and she really enjoyed it. Ended up coming away with 2 very beautifully decorated cakes!
