Què farem?

We will meet at Sun Yat Sen Park in Sai Ying Pun and start with the little breathing exercise used by the famous Russian opera singer for stretching.

After a quick intro about breathwork, we will proceed to a short 4D meditation and continue with the powerful breathing techniques to set the intention and recharge our batteries. You will walk away with 5-6 easy techniques that you can use daily. The entire session will take around 40-45 minutes.

Hi all! I'm a certified conscious breathwork instructor and trail runner. Conscious breathing can influence and even change our physical state, our emotions, and mind. It's a powerful tool available to anyone and I'd like to share some of the techniques that you can apply on a daily basis.

We will meet at Sun Yat Sen Park and start with the quick 4D meditation practice. We will then dive into a 30-min active breathwork session to boost our energy for the day. Prepare to learn the breathwork techniques used by the opera singers, top athletes, and Navy SEALs. You will walk away with an elevated mood and positive thoughts.

On aniràs?

We'll meet at Sun Yat Sen Park (known as the first and only park named after a heroic Chinese figure in Hong Kong), in front of Victoria Harbour. We will be seating on the lawn, enjoying the breeze from the waterfront.

I came to Hong Kong for 7days,and i found Aigul's breath section!We breath in our whole life,so it's the most important part in our life! We met at the very Beautiful and peaceful 中山 park,fresh air,and you can see the whole skyline and the Bay. We started from some easy exercises first,and she taught me very patiently!!And very vivid and fun,such as "Giant's birthday cake'which let me understand how exhale working quickly!!! Then we a lot of professional and useful breath skills!I have to say it was absolutely fantastic feeling, after doing those i felt i was super relaxed and realised all my pressure!She also taught me how to feel,think, exercise and how to recharge your breath in life such as when you are angry. I think everybody should attend Aigul's breath section!And she is friendly,kind, professional and patient! I am so lucky that i attend this when i am still high school now to know how body, thought,air,breathing work! Best memories in HK!!! Next time i come to HK,i will definitely attend this again!

This was a unique way to start the day at Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park amongst locals doing their morning exercises and Tai Chi. Aigul has a lovely peaceful presence and was wonderful in explaining the basics of breath work and guiding us in a morning meditation session. It was a wonderful introduction to breath work and will be useful for me in many facets of my life - many thanks and will do again when visiting Hong Kong!
