Aloha! This semi-fast paced 0.6 mile Waikiki orientation walking tour is arranged so it includes a few min of a Hawaiian show, Fireworks and an orientation tour in 1.5 hrs! FRIDAY NIGHTS ONLY! We will start the tour with a general orientation of Waikiki and vicinity. Then learning and seeing: famous statues (including Dukes!), a scared mound, top restaurants, told of local grinds and hangouts, best viewing spots to take panoramic pictures of Waikiki Bay. Stop for for a few min to watch a Hawaiian show along route so you can get a taste of our culture :-). Then meander off the main strip through famous beautiful historical landmark hotel. I will leave you at viewing spot for Fireworks show! Many interesting, informative, and fun facts while visiting these top sites. Only an experienced, long time Waikikian can show and inform you on all this. So many picture taking moments! Lynne was a great guide and shared lots of good info. I got to see places I probably wouldn’t have seen on my own and learned about good local spots to eat. I highly recommend the tour!

A really good and interesting walk through Waikiki. I thought I had seen most places, but I saw a few extra and learnt a lot more. We ended up in a good location to see the fireworks, which was a good way to finish the walk.

It was nice to participate in her tour. She led all of the people safely and carefully and explained lots of things. Whenever I asked the questions, she considerably answered.

She is intellectual person and well known about this area. It was good to know the Waikiki and Oahu behind history how its developed. Bunch of information on the guide book that is too much for me, but this tour made me understand and see different face of this city. I suggest you to take this tour at the first time your trip in Oahu.
