This is a guided Crystal Bowl Sound Journey with a FULL set of seven highest quality Alchemical Bowls ~ and other instruments, with fanning of essential oil aromatherapy.

Individual only 900mxn. Share with a friend/partner and book as a "Private Group for Two" for 900mxn per adult. Offered in English. We will chat briefly, so you can set intention to customize the journey to best serve you individually, or as a couple.

Lie upon a yoga mat, sheepskin, or daybed, with clean blankets and props to enjoy a truly transcendent experience to reconnect with various aspects of yourself ~ physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally . . . and beyond.

Our bodies are crystalline structures, so Crystal Bowls affect us at a deep cellular level. I am skillful in playing binaural beats for optimum brain and body relaxation. Brain waves slow down shifting you to the receptive healing place of the Parasympathetic Nervous System which enhances your immune system. Strong sound vibrations flowing through the body enable deep relaxation, the release of stress, and the restoration of equanimity ~ all while experiencing a pleasantly heightened state of awareness which serves up various delights for different people.

After a successful counseling and conference speaker career in San Francisco and Sonoma County, CA, I moved to Sayulita, Mexico where I was a Sound Healer, Studio Yoga Teacher, and created Wedding Ceremonies with crystal bowls for seven years.

My large, artful, and comfortable Boho Home Studio is only about one mile from El Centro Jardin in the quiet and safe residential neighborhood of La Lejona.The fully-equipped studio features the soothing sound of a large stone fountain, heaters, contemporary art by young Mexican artists, an extravagant Home Altar with palo santo, incense and candles, and a sanitary private bath designated for guests. Open air entry has sanitizing supplies.

The Crystal Bowls Journey experience is something I would recommend to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende looking to connect with themselves. Carmela goes above and beyond oferring a guided journey, she has a formal and scientific professional background but also has a deep espiritual and human approach. She also pays attention to details, especially about safety regarding cleaning protocols, so you can feel safe at all times. It was a wonderful experience, which made me feel relaxed, happy and grounded.

What a wonderful, healing Journey I took with Carmela today. This was a first for me, and not my last! It was incredible to discover the power of sound and healing. Carmela has a very welcoming space. We focused on both emotional and physical pain I have experienced in the past few months. After a recent knee injury, I had no idea sound therapy would help. I would absolutely do this again.

If you have traveled to Sayulita to recharge and get back in touch with your inner needs and self, this experience was made for you. Carmela is such an amazing host, expert in her fields (her life has been incredible!) and just a wonderful, welcoming person.
