Self knowledge is the realm of a calm and present mind. Chi Kung is a health system which enhances energy circulation in the whole body. Flowing movements with mindful breathing and a functional stance. With this, you train your mind through your body and connect the creative with the analytic part of the brain, the conscious with the subconscious. There is a deep philosophy in the movement conveying a calm and steady flow. It teaches patience, accuracy and rewards you with clarity. The practice feels spiritual yet it is functional and easy to learn. Change your inner self by working on your outer self.

INTRODUCTION

GUIDED PRACTICE
> You will learn 11 Exercises (one by one)
> Each exercise will be explained in detail (form and function)
> Corrections, Repetition
> Feedback

You may bring a notebook and take notes after the session in order to continue the practice for yourself. I will be available to answer any questions you may have or to schedule further training sessions.
Other things to note
No previous experience required in Martial Arts. If you have any though this will add value to your forms and you can include it in your daily routine.

Movement and health have always been a central aspect in my life. I studied Sport Science and English Linguistics (Master Degree). I gained fundamental knowledge about physiology, functional kinetics, didactic and psychology. I started practicing KungFu in 2009. A few years later, I set out to Asia to train in traditional Shaolin KungFu. I realized that it offered the perfect balance of soft and hardness. Hence, I dedicated myself to a full-time teacher training for one year and I've been teaching since then.
